Gift cards and Rewards
Gift cards and reward credits are issued exclusively by us. Recipients will receive an email notification containing a unique code. This code, when applied during checkout, provides a credit towards the final purchase. Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of issue and should not be shared. They can only be used for purchases made on our store.
We reserve the right to cancel issued gift cards in cases of spam or abuse.
Exchanges and Returns
At Northing, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or fit your needs. That's why we offer a hassle-free exchange and return policy to ensure your satisfaction.
Timeframe: Exchanges and returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. Please make sure to initiate the process within this timeframe to be eligible for an exchange or return. Please note that "Return not available on exchanged order items".
Order Cancellations: Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it. We kindly ask you to review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
Pick-up Service: While we strive to offer a convenient pick-up service for exchanges or returns, please note that this service is not guaranteed. In cases where pick-up is not available, customers are responsible for shipping the return to our designated address.
One Pick-up per Order: We provide one pick-up service per order for exchanges or returns. This policy applies even in instances of logistics or operational errors on our part. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Final Sale Items and Sample Units: Please note that final sale items and sample units, which may contain minor imperfections, are not eligible for return or exchange. We make every effort to clearly indicate these items on our website to avoid any confusion.
For a smooth exchange or return process, we kindly ask you to ensure that the product is in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Any signs of wear or damage may result in a denial of the exchange or return request.

Returns are ineligible for exchange or refund if submitted beyond the 14-day window, used, or returned without original packaging. Unauthorized in-bound shipments or ineligible returns will be recycled or discarded without notice, and may result in additional service fees and/or future service restrictions.
Refunds are issued to the original mode of payment, except for COD orders, which are refunded to the customer's bank account.
For manufacturing defects discovered within 14 calendar days of purchase, please email info@wearnorthing.com using the email associated with the order. As a small business, we cannot accommodate requests for standard or defective products beyond this timeframe.
Refund
We will refund the value of your returned item(s) in the form of Bank Account Transfer for COD orders and Back to source for prepaid orders. Refund process takes around 5-7 working days once product reaches us back and fulfill return QC parameters.
